The invention discloses a deformable lattice cell element, and relates to the technical field of space structures. The invention aims to solve the problems of high assembly precision requirement and large assembly workload caused by current space dot matrix interlocking assembly. The flexible negative Poisson's ratio unit cell comprises a flexible negative Poisson's ratio unit cell with restoring force and a tension line, the negative Poisson's ratio unit cell is provided with a plurality of connecting points, the tension line is connected with each connecting point of the negative Poisson's ratio unit cell and encloses the negative Poisson's ratio unit cell, and two adjacent connecting points in the negative Poisson's ratio unit cell are close to each other along with tightening of the tension line between the two connecting points. Therefore, the space size of the unit cell with the negative Poisson's ratio is reduced. The method is mainly used for quickly assembling the space lattice structure.
