The invention mainly relates to a roadside parking space parking management method and a roadside parking space parking management system. Comprising the following steps: 1) recording an entrance action and entrance time as well as an exit action and exit time when a geomagnetic parking space detector arranged in a parking space detects that a vehicle is driven into the parking space, and transmitting an obtained information signal to a cloud platform; 2) video inspection equipment operating on a preset inspection route acquires a parking space number and a vehicle license plate of a parking space corresponding to the video inspection equipment in an inspection process, and transmits an acquired information signal to the cloud platform; 3) the cloud platform generates a parking order and sends the parking order to the charging management terminal; and 4) the charging management terminal receives the parking order sent by the cloud platform. The problem of data inconsistency caused by equipment faults, data transmission errors and the like is effectively avoided, and the accuracy and reliability of the data are improved. The influence of the fault of a single device on the order is avoided, and the error-tolerant rate and availability of the order are improved.

    本发明主要关于一种路侧泊位停车管理方法,所述方法路侧泊位停车管理系统;包括:1)设置于泊位中的地磁车位检测器检测到车辆驶入泊位时记录入场动作和入场时间以及出场动作和出场时间,并将所获取的信息信号传输给云平台;2)在预设巡检路线上运行的视频巡检设备在巡检过程中获取所述视频巡检设备对应泊位的泊位编号和车辆车牌,并将所获取信息信号传输给云平台;3)云平台生成停车订单并发送给收费管理终端;4)收费管理终端接收到云平台发送的停车订单。有效避免因设备故障、数据传输错误等原因导致的数据不一致问题,提高数据的准确性和可靠性。避免单个设备的故障对订单造成影响,提高订单的容错率和可用性。
