The invention provides a replacement control method of a vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen system, a controller and a vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the running state of the vehicle, and if the whole vehicle is determined to be in a power-on state and a hydrogen supply demand signal is received, obtaining the accumulated hydrogenation frequency and the running duration of a liquid hydrogen storage tank; if it is determined that the accumulated hydrogenation frequency is an initial value, or it is determined that the accumulated hydrogenation frequency reaches a hydrogenation frequency threshold value, or it is determined that the operation duration of the liquid hydrogen storage tank reaches an operation duration threshold value, it is determined that the vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen system needs to be replaced; therefore, whether replacement is needed or not is judged by integrating the number of hydrogenation times and the operation duration of the vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen system, and compared with a mode of judging whether replacement is needed or not according to experience in the prior art, the replacement purging material waste can be reduced, the operation efficiency of the fuel cell vehicle can be improved, and the safety of the vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen system can also be improved.

    本发明提供了一种车载液氢系统的置换控制方法、控制器及车辆,方法包括:获取车辆的运行状态,若确定整车处于上电状态且接收到氢供应需求信号,获取累计加氢次数及液氢储罐的运行时长;若确定累计加氢次数为初始值,或确定所述累计加氢次数达到加氢次数阈值,或确定所述液氢储罐的运行时长达到运行时长阈值,则确定车载液氢系统需要进行置换;如此,本发明综合加氢次数、车载液氢系统的运行时长判断是否需要置换,相比现有技术中根据经验判断是否需要进行置换的方式来说,既可以降低置换吹扫的物料浪费,提高燃料电池车的运行效率,又可以提高车载液氢系统的安全性。
