    本发明公开一种超混杂纤维增强金属层合板材及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述层合板材包括钛合金板、碳纤维增强复合材料和泡沫钛复合材料,所述层合板材的铺层中钛合金板数量为X,碳纤维增强复合材料数量为Y,泡沫钛复合材料数量为Z,X≥2,Y≥1,Z≥1,相同材料之间至少间隔一其他材料铺贴,最外层铺贴钛合金板。开孔泡沫钛的应用提升了轻质层合板的强度和抗烧蚀性能。钛合金作为基材,其密度和强度均高于铝合金,且不与碳纤维发生电化学腐蚀。通过等离子处理钛合金表面,有效解决了与复合材料粘接的难题,增强了界面结合力。
