The invention discloses an offshore oilfield development system and development mode based on underwater oil storage. The offshore oilfield development system comprises an offshore power supply facility, underwater production equipment, underwater oil storage equipment, a shuttle tanker, an oil delivery hose and a mooring device. The underwater production equipment is mounted on the seabed and used for producing crude oil; the underwater oil storage equipment is mounted on the seabed, is connected with the underwater production equipment and is used for receiving and storing crude oil from the underwater production equipment; the mooring device floats on the sea surface and is used for mooring the shuttle tanker; the shuttle tanker is connected with the underwater oil storage equipment through an oil delivery hose and receives crude oil from the underwater oil storage equipment. The offshore power supply facility, the underwater production equipment, the underwater oil storage equipment, the shuttle tanker and the mooring device are matched, storage and output of crude oil are achieved, an existing expensive FPSO ship and a matched single-point mooring system are replaced, the development and production cost of an offshore oilfield is reduced, and the development economy of an offshore marginal oilfield is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于水下储油的海上油田开发系统及开发模式,海上油田开发系统包括海上供电设施、水下生产设备、水下储油设备、穿梭油轮、输油软管以及系泊装置;水下生产设备安装在海底,用于生产原油;水下储油设备安装在海底并与水下生产设备连接,接收并存储来自水下生产设备的原油;系泊装置漂浮于海面,用于穿梭油轮系泊;穿梭油轮通过输油软管连接水下储油设备,接收来自水下储油设备的原油。本发明以海上供电设施、水下生产设备、水下储油设备、穿梭油轮以及系泊装置配合,实现原油的存储和外输,替代现有采用费用昂贵的FPSO船及配套的单点系泊系统,降低海上油田开发生产成本,提高海上边际油田的开发经济性。
