According to the method and the system, aiming at the problem of parameter deviation of the detection coil, the optimal excitation frequency near the self-resonance frequency of the detection coil is determined based on the impedance threshold value of the detection coil so as to excite the detection coil, and the signal change of the detection coil is increased at the optimal excitation frequency so as to improve the sensitivity of the detection coil; therefore, the adverse effect of parameter drift of the detection coil is counteracted. And the integrated detection of the organism and the metal foreign matter is realized by calculating the amplitude ratio and the phase difference of the detection coil under the optimal excitation frequency.
