The invention discloses a concentrated ventilation, dust removal and heat dissipation system for a boom loading and unloading crane, which comprises an air supply fan, a main air duct and a filtering system, the main air duct is arranged in a crane tower body along the vertical direction, and the air supply fan is fixed at the upper end of the main air duct and is arranged in the upper end of the crane tower body; an air inlet is formed in the side face of the upper end of the crane tower body, the filtering system is fixed to the lower end of the main air duct, the lower end of the main air duct is connected with the cabins in a sealed mode, each cabin is provided with an air outlet, an adjustable electric control air valve is arranged on each air outlet, and the air supply fan is matched with the adjustable electric control air valves so that positive pressure can be kept in the cabins. The position of the air inlet is high, environmental dust is little, the workload of the filter bag is reduced, and dust is effectively prevented from entering a cabin from a cabin gap.

    本发明公开了一种臂架装卸类起重机集中通风除尘散热系统,包含送风风机、主风道和过滤系统,主风道沿竖直方向设置在起重机塔体内,送风风机固定在主风道上端并且送风风机设置在起重机塔体上端内部,起重机塔体上端侧面开有进风口,过滤系统固定在主风道下端,主风道的下端与若干个舱室密封连接,每一个舱室上分别开有出风口,出风口上设置有可调电控风阀,送风风机与可调电控风阀配合使若干个舱室内部保持正压。本发明进风口位置高,环境灰尘少,降低了滤袋的工作负荷,且有效避免灰尘从舱室缝隙进入到舱室内。
