A front wheel steering device suitable for a three-wheeled trolley uses a cam push rod mechanism to control steering of a front wheel, and uses a double-slider mechanism to adjust rotational motion of a front wheel steering rod into translational motion of a cam push rod, so as to solve the problems that an existing steering device cannot meet the requirement that contact points of a cam and the push rod are kept consistent; and the steering control precision is low. The mechanism comprises a cam, a double-sliding-block module, a steering module and a mounting base module. The cam is used for pushing the cam push rod to move according to a planned route and driving the double-slider to linearly move; the double-sliding-block module is used for enabling a cam push rod to rotate along with a cam to drive a sliding block to move on a sliding rail, a rotating rod matched with the sliding block drives the steering module to rotate, and a double-sliding-block fine adjustment mechanism can adjust the steering angle through a micrometer head. The steering module is used for converting linear motion of the sliding block into rotation of the front wheel; the mounting seat module is used for fixing the whole steering mechanism on the three-wheeled trolley; the front wheel steering device is mainly used for front wheel steering of the three-wheeled trolley.

    一种适用于三轮式小车的前轮转向装置,使用凸轮推杆机构控制前轮的转向,同时使用双滑块机构将前轮转向杆的旋转运动调整为凸轮推杆的平动,以解决现有的转向装置无法满足凸轮与推杆接触点保持一致,导致转向控制精度低的应用需求。本发明包括凸轮、双滑块模块、转向模块、安装座模块;凸轮用于按规划路线推动凸轮推杆运动,驱动双滑块直线运动;双滑块模块用于凸轮推杆跟随凸轮转动带动滑块在滑轨上运动,通过与滑块配合的旋转杆带动转向模块转动,使用双滑块微调机构可通过微分头调整转向的角度;转向模块用于将滑块的直线运动转换为前轮的转动;安装座模块用于将整个转向机构固定在三轮式小车上;本发明主要用于三轮式小车的前轮转向。
