Through cooperation of the lead screw, the sliding guide block and the guide wheels, a cable penetrates through the two guide wheels to apply certain traction force to the cable, then through cooperation of the tensioning frame, the torsional spring and the tensioning wheel, the torsional spring applies tensioning force to the cable through the tensioning frame, and the cable is tensioned through the tensioning wheel. And therefore, the stability of the cable when the cable is wound on the cable winding wheel is improved, and the situation that the cable jumps in the winding process due to the fact that the cable shakes in the winding process, and then the cable is damaged is further prevented.
