The invention relates to a four-duct propeller vertical take-off and landing aircraft adopting integrated electric propulsion devices, and belongs to the field of novel aircrafts, the four integrated electric propulsion devices are arranged on the two sides of the top of an aircraft body in series, are arranged in front and back rows and are approximately arranged on an installation plane, and the installation plane is flush with or slightly lower than the top of the aircraft body. The two integrated electric propulsion devices in the rear row are installed at the two ends of a short wing at the rear end of the fuselage, and the two integrated electric propulsion devices in the front row and the front fuselage are directly installed and installed through the short wing. The installation angles of the integrated electric propulsion device comprise (1) fixed installation at a fixed 0-degree inclination angle or a tiny front inclination angle, (2) fixed installation around an aircraft transverse shaft at a small forward inclination angle, and (3) rotary installation around the aircraft transverse shaft within a small angle range or complete inclination type rotary installation. The whole aircraft is simple in layout, compact in structure, small in size and low in requirement for a take-off and landing site.
