本发明提供了一种热隔离的点式分离装置星箭电搭接结构,包括卫星平台底板、星箭分离装置转接件以及卫星支架,卫星平台底板通过多个星箭分离装置转接件与卫星支架紧固连接,任一星箭分离装置转接件均与卫星平台底板紧固连接,且星箭分离装置转接件靠近卫星平台底板的一侧设置有多个平垫和弹垫,卫星支架上对应安装有多个爆炸螺栓,任一星箭分离装置转接件均通过爆炸螺栓与卫星支架紧固连接。本发明在点式星箭分离装置与卫星连接后,通过聚酰亚胺隔热垫保证点式星箭分离装置与卫星之间的隔热要求,通过星箭分离装置转接件的表面处理状态和连接形式为星箭提供电搭接性能,结构简单、安装调整方便、使用安全可靠。
