The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting, in particular to bridge construction hoisting equipment and method.The equipment comprises a crane, a connecting piece is installed at the lower end of a lifting rope movable part of the crane, a mounting plate is arranged at the lower end of the connecting piece, adjusting pieces are installed at the front end and the rear end of the mounting plate correspondingly, and second rectangular frames are arranged at the other ends of the two adjusting pieces correspondingly; the lower end face of the second rectangular frame is concaved upwards to form two mounting grooves, the lower end of the second rectangular frame is symmetrically and slidably connected with two T-shaped plates, a second two-way screw is rotationally connected into the second rectangular frame, first driving equipment is mounted at the outer end of the second rectangular frame, pushing pieces are arranged at the inward ends of the T-shaped plates, and L-shaped blocks are mounted at the inward ends of movable parts of the pushing pieces. According to the design, two-point type mechanical clamping operation is carried out on the prefabricated box girder, one crane is used for carrying out hoisting movement to reduce hoisting difficulty, the equipment cost for hoisting is effectively reduced, the falling probability of the prefabricated box girder in the hoisting process is effectively reduced, and safety is good.

    本发明涉及起重吊装技术领域,具体的说是一种桥梁施工吊装设备及方法,该设备包括起重机,起重机的吊绳活动部下端安装连接件,连接件下端设置安装板,安装板前后两端均安装调节件,两个调节件另一端均设置第二矩形框架,第二矩形框架下端面向上凹陷形成两个安装槽,第二矩形框架下端对称滑动连接两个T型板,第二矩形框架内转动连接第二双向螺杆,第二矩形框架外端安装第一驱动设备,T型板朝内端设置推动件,推动件的活动部朝内端安装L型块,该设计实现对预制箱梁进行两点式机械式夹持作业,并利用一个起重机进行吊起运动来降低吊装困难性,有效降低吊装用的设备成本,有效减少吊起过程中预制箱梁发生掉落概率,安全性好。
