The invention provides a pulse width modulation torque control method and a vehicle. The pulse width modulation torque control method comprises the steps that the optimal efficiency torque of an electric drive system based on the voltage and the rotating speed is obtained; if the absolute value of the instruction torque is smaller than the absolute value of the optimal efficiency torque, setting an initial value and a step value of a step torque according to the optimal efficiency torque on the basis of a working area where the motor is located, and calculating according to a torque equivalence principle to obtain a corresponding expected level duration in a driving period; based on the initial value and the step value, the jump duration and the recovery duration of the step torque are obtained; and determining an actually output torque waveform according to a comparison result of the expected level duration and the jump duration and a comparison result of the expected level duration and a difference between the driving period and the recovery duration. By means of the configuration, operation of torque control can be simplified, change factors of step torque such as jumping duration and recovery duration are considered, and the method can be further applied to a weak magnetic area in an expanded mode.
本发明提供一种脉宽调制扭矩控制方法和车辆,所述脉宽调制扭矩控制方法包括:获取电驱系统基于电压和转速的最优效率扭矩;若指令扭矩的绝对值小于所述最优效率扭矩的绝对值,则基于电机所处的工作区,根据所述最优效率扭矩设定阶跃扭矩的初始值和阶跃值,并根据扭矩等效原则计算得到驱动周期内对应的预期电平时长;基于所述初始值和所述阶跃值,获取所述阶跃扭矩的跳变时长和恢复时长;根据所述预期电平时长与所述跳变时长的比较结果,以及所述预期电平时长与所述驱动周期和所述恢复时长之差的比较结果,确定实际输出的扭矩波形。如此配置,可简化扭矩控制的运算,考虑到了跳变时长和恢复时长等阶跃扭矩的变化因素,还可拓展应用在弱磁区。
