The invention provides a series-parallel hybrid cotton picker and a control method thereof. The series-parallel hybrid cotton picker comprises a series-parallel hybrid system. The series-parallel hybrid power system comprises an engine, a gearbox, a coupling device, a differential mechanism, a power generator, a battery, a main controller, a walking motor controller, a picking motor controller, a fan motor controller, a packaging motor controller, a cotton collecting motor controller and a conveying motor controller. The engine can transmit power to the coupling device through the gearbox, the coupling device couples the power of the engine and the power of the walking motor, and then the power is transmitted to the wheels through the differential mechanism. Mechanical decoupling among working systems of the cotton picker is achieved through distributed electric drive, the problems that a traditional cotton picker is large in number of transmission system components, long in path and incapable of adjusting operation parameters in real time are solved, oil consumption is low, pollution is small, energy utilization efficiency is high, endurance and energy saving of the whole cotton picker are both considered, switching among different modes can be achieved, and the cotton picker is suitable for popularization and application. And the fuel economy and the dynamics performance of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明提供一种混联式混合动力采棉机及其控制方法,包括混联式混合动力系统;混联式混合动力系统包括发动机、变速箱、耦合装置、差速器、发电机、电池、主控制器、行走电机控制器、采摘电机控制器、风机电机控制器、打包电机控制器、集棉电机控制器和输送电机控制器;发动机能够通过变速箱将动力传递给耦合装置,耦合装置将发动机以及行走电机的动力耦合,再通过差速器传递给车轮。本发明通过分布式电驱动实现采棉机各工作系统之间的机械解耦,解决了传统采棉机传动系统部件多、路径长,作业参数无法实时调节的问题,油耗低、污染小、能量利用效率高,整机的续航和节能得以兼顾,并能实现不同模式之间的切换,提高整车燃油经济性和动力学性能。
