According to the active heat preservation control method and system for the battery pack of the electric vehicle, whether the battery pack is in the effective charging state or not is judged based on the external environment temperature of the battery pack in the charging process, so that the active heat preservation state of the first heat preservation device and the heat storage working mode of the second heat preservation device are adjusted; active heat preservation is carried out on the battery pack in the charging process, and the subsequent battery pack supplies power outwards for active heat preservation and pre-storage of heat energy is carried out; judging whether the battery pack has an electric energy storage relaxation event or not based on the electric energy storage state data when the battery pack finishes charging and does not supply power to the outside, so as to adjust the active heat preservation wake-up state of the second heat preservation equipment to the battery pack, and reduce the electric energy storage loss rate of the battery pack; and based on the electric energy output state data of the battery pack in the external power supply process, whether the electric energy output instability event occurs in the battery pack is judged, so that the active heating state of the second heat preservation equipment on the battery pack is adjusted, the battery pack can stably and continuously supply power to the outside, and the stability and reliability of the charging and discharging performance of the battery pack are improved.

    本发明提供电动汽车的电池包主动保温控制方法和系统,基于电池包在充电过程中的外界环境温度,判断电池包是否处于有效充电状态,以此调整第一保温设备的主动保温状态和第二保温设备的储热工作模式,在充电过程对电池包进行主动保温和为后续电池包向外供电进行主动保温预先储备热能;基于电池包在完成充电且未对外供电时的电能存储状态数据,判断电池包是否发生电能存储弛豫事件,以此调整第二保温设备对电池包的主动保温唤醒状态,降低电池包的电能存储损耗率;还基于电池包在对外供电过程中的电能输出状态数据,判断电池包是否发生电能输出不稳定事件,以此调整所述第二保温设备对电池包的主动加热状态,确保电池包能够稳定持续向外供电,提高电池包的充放电性能稳定性和可靠性。
