The high-safety embarkation device for operation and maintenance of the offshore wind power platform comprises a pipe pile and the wind power platform, a winch is fixedly installed on the wind power platform, a guide rail is hinged to the pipe pile, a linear execution element used for driving the guide rail to rotate is installed on the wind power platform, and a sliding block is installed on the guide rail in a sliding mode; a movable frame is fixed to the sliding blocks, an adjusting frame is rotationally installed on the inner side of the movable frame, a multi-stage telescopic rod is fixed to the lower end of the adjusting frame, a hanging basket is fixed to the lower end of the multi-stage telescopic rod, and two guide wheels are rotationally installed on the inner side of the adjusting frame; the free end of a steel wire rope of the winch sequentially penetrates through a gap between the two guide wheels and a cavity of the multi-stage telescopic rod and then is connected with the hanging basket, and a tilt angle sensor and a rotary driving device are fixed to the movable frame. The guide rail is driven to rotate to drive the hanging basket to be away from the pipe pile, so that the operation and maintenance ship can carry out embarkation operation at the position which keeps a certain safe distance from the pipe pile, collision with the pipe pile can be avoided, and embarkation safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种海上风电平台运维用高安全性登乘装置,包括管桩和风电平台,风电平台上固定安装有卷扬机,管桩上铰接有引导轨道,风电平台上安装有用于驱动引导轨道转动的直线执行元件,引导轨道上滑动安装有滑块,滑块上固定有移动框架,移动框架内侧转动安装有调节框架,调节框架下端固定有多级伸缩杆,多级伸缩杆下端固定有吊篮,调节框架内侧转动安装有两个导向轮,卷扬机的钢丝绳的自由端依次穿过两个导向轮的间隙和多级伸缩杆的空腔后与吊篮连接,移动框架上固定有倾角传感器和旋转驱动装置。通过驱动引导轨道转动,带动吊篮远离管桩,使得运维船可在与管桩保持一定的安全距离的位置进行登乘作业,可避免与管桩碰撞,提高登乘的安全性。
