The invention provides a vehicle driving motor torque control method and device and a vehicle. The control method comprises the steps that a road surface image of a road where the vehicle is located in the driving process and vehicle driving parameters are obtained; in response to the fact that the road surface image is acquired, determining road surface type information corresponding to the road by using a preset road surface recognition model based on the road surface image; determining a torque limit value of a driving motor arranged in the vehicle based on the road surface type information and the vehicle driving parameters; and determining a target torque of the driving motor based on the torque limit value and a target torque coefficient correspondingly determined by the vehicle running parameters, and controlling the driving motor to output the target torque. By means of the method, the motor performance is fully exerted, tire slipping is actively restrained, the using efficiency of the vehicle driving motor performance is improved, and then the accuracy and stability of driving motor torque control are improved.
