The invention discloses an underwater cable inspection unmanned system, which comprises an unmanned ship, a cabled underwater robot, and a remote communication unit, a GPS (Global Positioning System) positioning unit, an umbilical cable, an umbilical cable winch and a recovery mechanism which are assembled on the unmanned ship, the GPS positioning unit is used for accurate positioning of the unmanned ship, the umbilical cable winch and the recovery mechanism are oppositely arranged, one end of the umbilical cable is connected with the umbilical cable winch, the other end of the umbilical cable is connected with the cable underwater robot, power supply and recovery of the cable underwater robot are guaranteed, a real-time communication link is formed, and the unmanned ship can be remotely monitored in real time. And the recovery mechanism is used for releasing and recovering the underwater robot with the cable, so that the unmanned system can be remotely monitored by the ground console in real time, real-time communication interconnection with the underwater robot with the cable is realized, the operation efficiency is improved, the accuracy of a detection point is ensured, and the system is further suitable for daily inspection of the underwater cable of the wind power plant.

    本发明公开一种水下电缆巡检无人系统,包括无人船、有缆水下机器人以及装配在无人船上的远距离通信单元、GPS定位单元、脐带缆、脐带缆绞车和回收机构,远距离通信单元用于远程通讯位于岸基的地面控制台,以保证地面控制台远程实时监控无人系统,GPS定位单元用于无人船的精准定位,脐带缆绞车和回收机构呈相对设置,且脐带缆的一端连接脐带缆绞车,另一端连接有缆水下机器人,以保证有缆水下机器人的供电和回收,并形成实时通讯链路,回收机构用于释放、回收有缆水下机器人,如此能够保证地面控制台远程实时监控无人系统,以实现与有缆水下机器人实时通信互连,以提升作业效率,且保证检测点精准,进而适用于风电场水下电缆的日常检查。
