Due to the fact that the supporting base can slide on the guide plate, a worker can easily adjust the position of the tower crane in a construction site so as to meet the specific installation requirement of the reticulated shell, and in the lifting process, it is guaranteed that the lifting speed is uniform, the reticulated shell keeps balanced, and the reticulated shell is lifted to the preset position; and the fine adjustment assembly is used for finely adjusting the specific assembly position of the reticulated shell.
