The invention discloses a pile-up valve, a cooling system and a pile-up valve control method. The pile-up valve comprises a shell, and the shell is provided with a water opening; the valve element assembly is installed in the shell and provided with a water inlet and outlet channel. The driving mechanism is used for driving the valve element assembly to rotate relative to the shell so that the water inlet and outlet channel can be communicated or staggered with the water opening. The valve element assembly comprises at least two split valve elements, the at least two split valve elements are arranged in a laminated mode, and the driving mechanism can drive one split valve element to rotate so as to drive the remaining split valve elements to rotate. According to the technical scheme, the split valve element structures are adopted to form the integrated valve, the single valve is simple in structure, injection molding is facilitated due to the simple structure, the integrated valve is not prone to deformation after injection molding, the service life is long, the integrated valve drives one split valve element to drive the remaining split valve elements to rotate through the driving mechanism, and the service life of the integrated valve is prolonged. And different valve elements can be separately and independently controlled conveniently, the valve can be suitable for more working conditions, and the application range is wider.

    本申请公开了一种集成阀、冷却系统及集成阀控制方法,包括壳体,壳体设有水口;阀芯组件安装在壳体内且设有进出水通道;驱动机构用于驱动阀芯组件相对壳体转动,以使进出水通道与水口之间连通或错位;阀芯组件包括至少两个分体阀芯,至少两个分体阀芯均叠层设置,驱动机构可驱动其中一个分体阀芯转动以带动剩余的分体阀芯转动。根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案,通过采用分体式阀芯结构组成形成一个集成阀,单个阀门的结构较为简单,简单结构便于注塑,并且注塑后不易变形,使用寿命较长,并且集成阀通过驱动机构驱动一个分体阀芯带动剩余的分体阀芯转动,便于实现不同阀芯分开独立的控制,可适用的工况更多,应用范围更加广泛。
