The invention relates to a road traffic parameter monitoring method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a moving vehicle video on a road; the moving vehicle video is input into a vehicle detection model, a road traffic detection result is obtained, and the vehicle detection model is obtained based on FairMOT model training; and according to a road traffic detection result, in combination with a traffic parameter vehicle flow algorithm and a traffic parameter road occupancy algorithm, calculating to obtain a vehicle flow, an average vehicle speed and a road occupancy. According to the invention, an annular coil vehicle inspection system does not need to be built, and the traffic parameters are monitored in real time by using an existing video system. The system is simplified and investment is saved. The construction of the system is simple, the computing power is only required to be improved in a control center, and road excavation, system maintenance, road closing and the like are not involved. The defects that the test of the coil is discrete and the real road state cannot be reflected are overcome. And the traffic parameter distribution state of the rectification section can be known.

    本发明涉及一种道路交通参数监测方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,该方法包括:获取道路中流动车辆视频;将流动车辆视频输入车辆检测模型,获得道路交通检测结果,车辆检测模型是基于FairMOT模型训练得到的;根据道路交通检测结果,结合交通参数车辆流量算法与交通参数道路占有率算法,计算获得车辆流量、平均车速与道路占有率。本发明无需建设环形线圈车检系统,利用已有的视频系统,同样达到交通参数的实时监测。简化系统,节约投资。系统的建设简单,只需在控制中心提升算力,不会涉及道路开挖,系统维护也不涉及道路封闭等。克服了线圈的测试离散,不能反映真实道路状态的缺点。可以了解整改区段的交通参数分布状态。
