The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to an anti-carsickness control method and device, an anti-carsickness damping system and electronic device.The method comprises the steps that based on the road working condition selected by a user, a preset electromagnetic damper is controlled, and the electromagnetic damper is installed below a vehicle seat; the step of controlling the electromagnetic damper comprises the steps that a real-time acceleration signal of the vehicle is obtained, and a target voltage signal is obtained based on the real-time acceleration signal and a preset PID algorithm; and based on the target voltage signal, controlling the voltage of the electromagnetic damper so as to complete anti-carsickness control, according to the method, the working state of the electromagnetic damper can be dynamically adjusted in combination with the real-time acceleration signal of the vehicle, so that the acceleration change felt by passengers is reduced to the maximum extent, the automation degree is high, and the cost is low.
