The embodiment of the invention provides a defrosting and demisting system and a vehicle. The defrosting and demisting system comprises a left air duct, a right air duct and an air valve. The left air duct and the right air duct are arranged in supporting columns on the left side and the right side of vehicle glass correspondingly. A plurality of air openings are formed in the side, close to the vehicle glass, of the supporting column. The left side air duct and the right side air duct communicate with an outlet of an air conditioner box of a vehicle so that air blown out of the outlet of the air conditioner box can be conveyed to vehicle glass through the multiple air openings. The air valve is used for closing an air path formed by the left air duct or the right air duct and an outlet of the air-conditioning box. Through the air ducts arranged in the supporting columns on the two sides of the vehicle glass, the defrosting and demisting speed of the vehicle glass is increased by blowing air on the two sides; meanwhile, a tuyere at the front end of the instrument desk is cancelled, so that more parts or wider screens can be deployed on the instrument desk; and through the introduction of the air valve, the defrosting and demisting flexibility is improved, and only one side air path is supported to be opened, so that energy is saved.
