The invention discloses a ship engine heat exchange cooling method and system, belongs to the technical field of ship engine cooling, and solves the technical problem of engine performance reduction caused by fresh water supercooling. The method comprises the steps that fresh water is divided into a small cycle and a large cycle after being controlled to pass through an engine, the flow of the fresh water in the small cycle and the large cycle is controlled according to the temperature of outlet water of the engine, the minimum flow of the large cycle is not zero, and the fresh water in the large cycle is controlled to cool an exhaust manifold. Large-circulation fresh water passes through a first heat exchange area, a second heat exchange area and a third heat exchange area at the same time, seawater is controlled to sequentially pass through the first heat exchange area, an intercooler, an engine oil cooler, the second heat exchange area and the third heat exchange area, an exhaust elbow is cooled by the seawater, then the seawater is discharged, and the flow of the seawater is adjusted according to the temperature of large-circulation outlet water. And the temperature of the large-circulation outlet water is controlled within a set range. Engine performance reduction caused by fresh water supercooling can be effectively prevented, and heat exchange efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种船机热交换冷却方法及系统,属于船机冷却技术领域,解决淡水过冷导致发动机性能降低的技术问题。方法为:控制淡水经过发动机后,将淡水分为小循环和大循环两路,并根据发动机出水的温度控制淡水在小循环和大循环的流量,且大循环的流量最小时不为0,控制大循环的淡水对排气歧管进行冷却后,使大循环的淡水同时经过第一热交换区、第二热交换区、第三热交换区,控制海水依次经过第一热交换区、中冷器、机油冷却器、第二热交换区、第三热交换区,并使海水对排气弯管进行冷却后排出,根据大循环出水的温度来调节海水的流量,使大循环出水的温度控制在设定范围内。可以有效防止淡水过冷导致发动机性能降低及提高换热效率。
