The invention provides an automatic conveying device and a maintenance method thereof. The automatic conveying device comprises a fixed step driving wheel and a step driven wheel located on a movable support. The step chain is in transmission connection with the step driving wheel and the step driven wheel; the tensioning device acts on the movable bracket, so that the step chain is kept tensioned; the sensor device is used for detecting the displacement of the movable bracket; and a processor configured to send a first warning signal when a single displacement of the movable support exceeds a first threshold value, and send a second warning signal when an accumulated total displacement of the movable support exceeds a second threshold value. According to the device and the method, the extension of the step chain can be accurately detected in real time.

    本发明提供了一种自动传送装置和其维护方法。自动传送装置包括:固定的梯级驱动轮,位于可移动支架上的梯级从动轮;与所述梯级驱动轮和所述梯级从动轮传动连接的梯级链条;张紧装置,所述张紧装置作用于所述可移动支架,由此保持所述梯级链条张紧;传感器装置,所述传感器装置探测所述可移动支架的位移;以及处理器,所述处理器配置成在所述可移动支架的单次位移超过第一阈值时发送第一警示信号,并且在所述可移动支架的累计总位移超过第二阈值时发送第二警示信号。根据本发明的装置和方法可实时地准确探测梯级链条的延伸。
