The invention discloses an independent rotating wheel torque distribution strategy considering adhesion limitation, and belongs to the technical field of traction motor control. The method includes the following steps that an adhesion control strategy is adopted, idling sliding of wheels is judged, the wheel rail adhesion slope is estimated, the optimal creep speed is calculated, and a motor torque instruction is output; a single-axle motor torque distribution strategy, a whole vehicle motor torque distribution strategy and an optimized torque distribution rule. According to the torque distribution strategy based on the wheel-rail adhesion state, the requirement of independent rotating wheels can be met, and when the wheel-rail adhesion condition deteriorates, the motor torque distribution strategy can be designed according to the adhesion state between wheel rails by considering the constraint conditions of the traction/braking performance and the guiding performance of the vehicle. The guiding function is achieved by redistributing the torque of the left and right motors.

    本发明公开了一种考虑黏着限制的独立旋转车轮转矩分配策略,属于牵引电机控制技术领域。包括以下步骤:采用黏着控制策略,对车轮空转滑行进行判断,估计轮轨黏着斜率,并计算最优蠕滑速度,输出电机转矩指令;单轴桥电机转矩分配策略,整车电机转矩分配策略和优化转矩分配规则。本发明提供的一种基于轮轨黏着状态的转矩分配策略,能够满足独立旋转车轮的需求,可以当轮轨黏着条件发生恶化时,根据轮轨之间的黏着状态,考虑车辆的牵引/制动性能和导向性能的约束条件,设计电机转矩分配策略。通过重新分配左右电机转矩以实现导向功能。
