The invention discloses a mobile energy complementing and battery replacing method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a transport vehicle travels to a designated battery replacing area; s2, the battery replacement vehicle drives to a designated position through the guide guardrail to send out a battery replacement signal, the vehicle is unlocked, and battery replacement is started; s3, the battery replacing mechanical arm recognizes the position of the battery replacing vehicle through the camera to drive the lifting appliance system to grab the power-lack battery box on the battery replacing vehicle; s4, a servo and an oil cylinder on the battery replacement mechanical arm are driven to be placed on a buffering bottom support system of the transport vehicle; s5, the battery replacing mechanical arm drives the lifting appliance system to grab one full-electricity battery box and place the full-electricity battery box on the battery replacing vehicle through fixed position servo and oil cylinder driving; and S6, the vehicle is locked, the vehicle is driven away, and the battery replacement is successful. The vehicle-mounted battery box and the battery replacing mechanical arm are transported to a designated area, vehicle batteries are replaced through the mechanical arm, and the functions of taking, placing and transporting the battery box on a heavy truck and the battery box on a battery replacing vehicle in an exchange mode are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种移动式补能换电方法,包括以下步骤:S1:运输车辆行驶到指定的换电区域;S2:换电车辆通过引导护栏行驶到指定位置出发换电信号,车辆解锁,换电启动;S3:换电机械臂通过相机识别换电车辆位置带动吊具系统抓取换电车车辆上的亏电电池箱;S4:换电机械臂上伺服与油缸驱动放到运输车辆的缓存底托系统上;S5:换电机械臂通过固定位置伺服与油缸驱动带动吊具系统抓取一块满电电池箱放置在换电车辆上;S6:车辆加锁,车辆驶离,换电成功。本发明通过车辆载电池箱与换电机械臂运输到指定区域通过机械臂进行车辆电池的更换,解决了从重卡上电池箱与换电车上电池箱交换取放及运输功能。
