The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a vehicle body forecabin structure and a vehicle with the same. A vehicle body forecabin structure comprises a vehicle body front plate, a front anti-collision beam, two front longitudinal beams, an impact block, a damping tower connecting plate and an upper longitudinal beam, the front anti-collision beam extends in the width direction of a vehicle, the two front longitudinal beams form a containing space used for containing a power assembly, and the two ends of the front longitudinal beams are connected with the front anti-collision beam and the vehicle body front plate respectively; a buffer area is formed between the front longitudinal beam and the front anti-collision beam, and the collision block is installed at the end of the front anti-collision beam and located in the buffer area. The upper longitudinal beam is installed on the outer side of the front longitudinal beam in the width direction of the vehicle, extends from the front to the rear of the vehicle in the length direction of the front longitudinal beam and inclines outwards relative to the length direction of the vehicle. The damping tower connecting plate is installed on the front longitudinal beam and connected with the upper longitudinal beam. The force transmission path is simplified, the vehicle body structure is more efficient, meanwhile, the force transmission path is one, and light weight of the vehicle body is achieved.
