The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the initial electric quantity of a target battery; when the initial electric quantity is lower than the preset electric quantity, a target fast charging mode corresponding to the target battery is determined, and the target fast charging mode corresponds to the initial fast charging power; the method comprises the following steps: carrying out fast charging on a target battery with initial fast charging power through charging equipment in a target fast charging mode; acquiring target charging current data of the target battery in a preset time period; determining a maximum current value in the target charging current data to obtain a first current value; when the first current value is not in the first preset current range, determining a target abnormal probability of the target battery according to the target fast charging mode and the target charging current data; adjusting the initial fast charging power according to the target abnormal probability to obtain target fast charging power; and controlling the charging equipment to quickly charge the target battery with the target quick charging power. By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the safety of quick charging of the battery is improved.
