The invention relates to the technical field of heat pumps, in particular to a new energy automobile heat pump framework which comprises a refrigeration module, a heating module, a control module and a switching module. The refrigerating module is used for refrigerating an automobile cab, a battery pack and a motor, the heating module is used for heating the automobile cab, the battery pack and the motor, the control module is used for controlling refrigerating and heating of the refrigerating module and the heating module, and the switching module is used for switching refrigerating and heating of the automobile cab, the battery pack and the motor. According to the heat pump framework, parts with the same functional attributes in a whole heat system are integrated to form corresponding modules, the heat pump framework is simplified, the number of the parts is greatly reduced, and therefore the purpose of reducing the cost and energy consumption of the whole vehicle is achieved, heat management development is conducted from the perspective of whole vehicle energy management, energy is absorbed from the environment and waste heat as much as possible, the energy efficiency is high, and the energy consumption is low. The cost is low, and the endurance mileage can be greatly increased theoretically, so that the competitiveness of the whole vehicle is improved.
