According to the method, operation condition data including battery charging and discharging signals are obtained, segmentation is carried out according to the current change rate smaller than or equal to a preset value at the current moment and the frame number larger than or equal to 2, and charging segments are obtained; the characteristic value of each charging section of the single battery is calculated, the voltage change value dV and the frame number of each charging section of the single battery with the lowest voltage are read and calculated, and calculation is carried out according to the characteristic value F = dV/(frame number-1); setting a first threshold value, if the characteristic value F is smaller than the first threshold value, not needing early warning, if a certain characteristic value F is larger than the first threshold value, calculating characteristic values for all the single batteries, comparing the characteristic values with the first threshold value, and outputting codes of all the single batteries larger than the first threshold value in an early warning mode.

    本发明提供的电池安全预警方法、装置及车辆涉及新能源车辆技术领域。本发明通过获取包括电池充放电信号在内的运行工况数据,按照当前时刻电流变化率≤预设值,且帧数≥2进行分段,得到各充电段;计算单体电池各充电段的特征值,读取并计算最低电压的单体电池各充电段的电压变化值dV和帧数,按照特征值F=dV/(帧数‑1)计算;设定第一阈值,若特征值F小于第一阈值则无需预警,若某个特征值F大于第一阈值,则针对所有单体电池计算特征值,并与第一阈值比较,预警输出所有大于第一阈值的单体电池代号。
