The invention relates to a seat with an independent zero-gravity adjusting mechanism, which comprises a seat cushion frame arranged above a seat base and connected with a seat backrest assembly; the seat basin is used for a person to sit and can rotate relative to the seat cushion frame; and the zero-gravity adjusting mechanism is hinged between the front end of the seat basin and the front end of the cushion frame and is used for lifting or lowering the front end of the seat basin. The zero-gravity adjusting structure is stripped from a traditional five-connecting-rod stress path, so that force of three fixing points of the safety belt cannot be transmitted to the zero-gravity adjusting structure, and the requirement for the locking strength of the locking mechanism is lowered.
