The invention discloses a rigidity adjusting method of an omnibearing limit load resisting limiting device, the omnibearing limit load resisting limiting device comprises a mandrel assembly, an outer sleeve and a base, and the outer sleeve and the base are connected to form a shell; the mandrel assembly extends into the outer sleeve, gaps are formed between the mandrel assembly and the shell in the vertical direction and the radial direction, a non-contact connection structure is formed, a limiting column is arranged at the end, extending into the outer sleeve, of the mandrel assembly, the periphery of the limiting column is wrapped with an elastic body, and the elastic body is connected with the mandrel assembly. The rigidity adjusting method is characterized in that the area and the thickness of the deformation rubber body when the elastic body is in contact with the shell are adjusted by adjusting the slope of the side circumferential surface of the limiting column body, so that the vertical rigidity and the radial rigidity are adjusted. The rigidity of the limiting device in the vertical direction and the radial direction can be adjusted according to actual working conditions, the practicability is improved, and the requirements of various application working conditions are met.

    本发明公开了一种全方位抗极限载荷限位装置的刚度调整方法,所述全方位抗极限载荷限位装置包括芯轴组件、外套和底座,所述外套与底座连接形成壳体,所述芯轴组件伸入到外套中且所述芯轴组件与壳体之间在垂向和径向上具有间隙,形成非接触式连接结构,在所述芯轴组件伸入到外套中的一端上设置有限位柱体,在所述限位柱体四周上包裹有弹性体,其特征在于:所述刚度调整方法是通过调整限位柱体的侧周面的斜率从而调整弹性体与壳体相接触时的形变橡胶体面积和形变橡胶体厚度,以对垂向刚度和径向刚度进行调整的。本发明能根据实际工况,对限位装置在垂向和径向上的刚度进行调整,提高了实用性,满足了各种应用工况的需求。
