The invention relates to water surface floating type photovoltaic power station equipment which comprises a floating platform, a support installed on the top face of the floating platform and a photovoltaic panel detachably connected to the support through a locking assembly. The locking assembly comprises a base abutting against the top end of the support, a limiting component arranged on the top face of the base and used for limiting the photovoltaic panel and a locking component penetrating through the base and the support and connected with the base, the locking component is used for installing the base on the support, and the photovoltaic panel is limited through the limiting component on the base. Therefore, the photovoltaic panel is fixed on the support. The device has the advantages that the photovoltaic panel can be installed on the floating platform, and the stability of the photovoltaic panel on the water surface is ensured.
