The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical control, and discloses a rotation control method for a tower crane, which comprises the following steps: when a forearm of the tower crane suspends an object to rotate, acquiring the distance between the object and a rotation support, and recording the distance as P; the mass center of the object is obtained, and the distance between the mass center and the rotation center of the tower crane forearm is calculated and recorded as L; the weight of the object is obtained and recorded as W; calculating a comprehensive distance D according to the distance L and the distance P, and calculating a moment M according to the comprehensive distance D and the weight W; according to the calculated moment M, determining control parameters of the tower crane rotary motor; and acquiring real-time environment data, and adjusting the control parameters according to the real-time environment data. By acquiring the distance P, the distance L and the weight W, the moment M of the object in rotation is accurately calculated, and stable and accurate rotation of the tower crane is ensured. Meanwhile, control parameters are dynamically adjusted according to real-time environment data, the accuracy and adaptability of tower crane rotation control are improved, the tower crane rotation control system adapts to different environments and working conditions, and the working efficiency and safety are improved.

    本发明涉及机械控制技术领域,公开了一种用于塔机的回转控制方法,包括当塔机前臂悬吊物体进行回转时,获取物体与回转支座的距离,记为P;获取物体的质心,并计算质心与塔机前臂的旋转中心的距离,记为L;获取物体的重量,记为W;根据距离L和距离P计算综合距离D,根据所述综合距离D和重量W计算力矩M;根据计算出的力矩M,确定塔机回转电机的控制参数;获取实时环境数据,根据环境实时数据对控制参数进行调整。本发明通过获取距离P、距离L和重量W,精确计算物体在回转中的力矩M,确保塔机回转稳定、准确。同时,实时环境数据动态调整控制参数,提高塔机回转控制的精确性和适应性,适应不同环境和工况,提升工作效率和安全性。
