The auxiliary wheel assembly is movably connected with the main shaft, a telescopic pipe with a telescopic function is arranged in the main shaft, and a handrail for a worker to push and pull is arranged at the top end of the telescopic pipe. On-site rapid installation of the large-span steel guardrail can be completed through the simple walking type hoisting equipment and a small number of workers, a crane is not needed, convenience and flexibility are achieved, the number and loads of the workers are reduced, and the installation efficiency and accuracy of the steel guardrail are improved.
