The balance weight structure of the forklift robot comprises a balance weight block which is integrally cast and formed, the balance weight block is used as a frame, a driving wheel mounting part is formed on the rear side of the balance weight block, and a driving wheel assembly is fixed to the driving wheel mounting part through a driving wheel mounting plate; a first radar assembly is arranged on the balancing weight, and the first radar assembly is fixed on the balancing weight through a laser mounting plate; a battery mounting bin is formed in the middle of the balancing weight, and the battery assembly is located in the battery mounting bin. The portal frame mechanism is installed on the front side of the balancing weight. The invention further discloses the forklift robot which comprises the counterweight structure. According to the balancing weight, on one hand, the balancing function is achieved, on the other hand, the basic function of the frame is provided, and the size of the forklift robot can be effectively reduced.
