The invention belongs to the technical field of functional materials, and provides a UV-irradiation-resistant PDLC composition and a preparation method and application thereof.The PDLC composition is prepared from, by mass, 35-60 parts of photocuring glue, 40-65 parts of nematic phase liquid crystals and 0.1-3 parts of spacers, and the total of the photocuring glue and the nematic phase liquid crystals is 100 parts; the nematic liquid crystal comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-60% of a component I, 5-20% of a component II, 0.5-20% of a component III and 5-20% of a component IV. The PDLC composition resistant to UV irradiation has excellent UV irradiation resistance, and meanwhile, the PDLC composition has high haze in a fog state.
