The invention relates to a helicopter vibration and noise active control system, and the system comprises a signal collection module which comprises a plurality of signal collection units and is used for collecting the flight state parameters of a helicopter, and the noise signal data and vibration signal data of a set part of the helicopter; the signal processing and control module is used for extracting vibration signal features and noise signal features based on the vibration signal data and the noise signal data, and resolving active control signals according to the flight state parameters, the vibration signal features and the noise signal features; and the actuator is used for forming a secondary force source based on the active control signal to control the rotor system and the fuselage structure to vibrate, so that the vibration load and noise response of the helicopter are reduced. The vibration and noise of the helicopter can be effectively controlled in real time.

    本发明涉及一种直升机振动与噪声主动控制系统,包括:信号采集模块,包括多个信号采集单元,用来采集直升机的飞行状态参数,以及所述直升机设定部位的噪声信号数据和振动信号数据;信号处理与控制模块,用来基于所述振动信号数据和所述噪声信号数据提取振动信号特征和噪声信号特征,并根据所述飞行状态参数、所述振动信号特征和所述噪声信号特征解算出主动控制信号;作动器,用来基于所述主动控制信号形成次级力源控制所述旋翼系统和所述机身结构振动,从而降低所述直升机的振动载荷与噪声响应。本发明能够实时有效控制直升机振动和噪声。
