The invention discloses a zebra crossing pedestrian-vehicle collision early warning method and system, and the method comprises the steps: (1) determining whether there is a pedestrian crossing the street at the opposite side of a sidewalk and whether the visual field of a rear vehicle is shielded by a front vehicle or other things through image recognition, and executing a step (2) if the conditions are satisfied at the same time; (2) determining a distance S between a person and a vehicle through a monocular distance measurement algorithm; (3) establishing a human-vehicle minimum safety distance model, determining a longitudinal safety distance Dx, and when the longitudinal component of the human-vehicle distance S is smaller than or equal to the longitudinal safety distance Dx, executing the step (4); (4) establishing a risk assessment model, judging the probability of'human-vehicle collision ', and if the probability is greater than or equal to a threshold value P, executing the step (5); (5) early warning is conducted through the two unmanned aerial vehicles, one unmanned aerial vehicle is arranged above the sidewalk to remind pedestrians, and the other unmanned aerial vehicle is arranged on one side of the road to remind drivers.
