The invention discloses an emergency walking control method for a steel rail grinding train. The emergency walking control method comprises the following steps that S1, a first reduction gearbox and a second reduction gearbox are subjected to tooth disengaging, and it is confirmed that a tooth disengaging indicator light is on; s2) converting the directions of the first transmission case and the second transmission case and confirming; s3) pressing a power supply change-over switch of the emergency system and the network system; s4) under the condition that the network system fails, selecting a front-end cab control right or a rear-end cab control right, and controlling the vehicle to run through an independent hard wire emergency system; s5) starting the first diesel engine or the second diesel engine, or starting the two diesel engines at the same time; s6) when the front-end cab control right is selected, a front-end cab speed regulation switch is used for speed regulation and walking; and when the rear-end cab control right is selected, a rear-end cab speed regulation switch is used for speed regulation and walking. The technical problems that an existing emergency walking control method cannot be completely separated from a network, and safety and reliability are not high can be solved.

    本申请公开了一种钢轨打磨列车应急走行控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1)第一减速箱和第二减速箱脱齿并确认脱齿指示灯亮;S2)第一传动箱和第二传动箱方向转换并确认;S3)按下应急系统与网络系统供电切换开关;S4)在网络系统失效的情况下,选择前端司机室控权或选择后端司机室控权,通过独立的硬线应急系统控制车辆走行;S5)启动第一柴油机或第二柴油机,或两台柴油机同时启动;S6)当选择前端司机室控权时,使用前端司机室调速开关进行调速、走行;当选择后端司机室控权时,使用后端司机室调速开关进行调速、走行。本申请能解决现有应急走行控制方法无法完全脱离网络,安全性和可靠性不高的技术问题。
