When a threaded rod moves, a gear sleeve is driven to rotate in a storage groove, then a positioning shaft and a rotating disc are driven to rotate synchronously, when the rotating disc rotates, a pushing rod can be driven to do reciprocating motion, and when the tail shaft is lifted, weeds or other sundries may be wound around the tail shaft, and when the pushing rod does reciprocating motion, the tail shaft can be driven to rotate synchronously. When the tail shaft is lifted, weeds or sundries wound around the tail shaft can be cut off, and therefore cleaning of the propeller of the tail shaft in the tail shaft lifting process is achieved.
