The invention relates to a closed-loop control method for brake pressure, which comprises the following steps of: 1, calculating and setting a corresponding curve of output voltage and brake pressure of an instruction sensor according to the technical requirements of an airplane wheel brake system; 2, the median interval of dead zone current of the hydraulic servo is set to be 0.8-1.2 mA, the median interval of electronic zero voltage of the instruction sensor is set to be 0.78-0.86 mV, and the median interval is the starting point of a corresponding curve of output voltage and brake pressure of the instruction sensor; and step 3, setting initial conditions for entering the pressure closed loop, and the like. Compared with the prior art in the technical field, the brake pressure closed-loop control method has the advantages that the brake pressure output stability can be ensured, the brake pressure is prevented from being unstable during aircraft ground inspection, the pressure index conformity of an aircraft during static inspection is ensured, and the safety of the aircraft is improved. And the situation that the use of the aircraft and the maintenance work of the aircraft are seriously influenced due to unqualified indexes or faults caused by too large pressure is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种刹车压力的闭环控制方法,包括以:步骤1,根据机轮刹车系统的技术要求,计算并设定指令传感器输出电压和刹车压力的对应曲线;步骤2,设定液压伺服的死区电流的中值区间为0.8‑1.2mA,指令传感器电子零位电压的中值区间为0.78‑0.86mV,为指令传感器输出电压和刹车压力的对应曲线的起点;步骤3,设定压力闭环进入的初始条件等步骤。本发明所述刹车压力的闭环控制方法与本技术领域现有技术相比较的优越技术效果在于:所述刹车压力的闭环控制方法能够确保刹车压力输出的稳定性,防止飞机地面检查时刹车压力不稳定,保证飞机在静态检查时压力指标的符合性,减少因压力偏大导致的指标不合格或者故障,严重影响飞机的使用和机务的维护工作。
