Rotation of the blades in the holes is limited. The end of the blade shaft has a groove on which the blade leg is rigidly fixed perpendicular to the blade shaft. The second end of the blade axis has a protrusion parallel to the blade axis. The two turbine wheels are securely attached with radial blades and covered with a conical or annular disc. And the shell is arranged on a bearing on the driving shaft and in a flywheel shell of the driving device, and is connected with a reversing mechanism and a vehicle chassis.
