The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy vehicles, and particularly relates to a new energy vehicle low-temperature starting strategy which is characterized in that when a vehicle is in an OFF power supply mode, a whole vehicle network is dormant, and a built-in LBMS of a lithium battery enters a dormant state; an AFE module in the LBMS detects the battery cell temperature of the lithium battery in real time; when the AFE module detects that the temperature of the battery core is lower than a first set temperature, the lithium battery is locally awakened, meanwhile, the whole vehicle network is awakened, and a high-voltage applying request is sent to the VDC module; and the LBMS system drives the heating module to start to work, after timing is started for first set time, heating is stopped, sending of the high-voltage applying request is stopped, and meanwhile the whole vehicle enters a sleep mode. According to the technical scheme, it is guaranteed that the new energy automobile can be normally started in the low-temperature environment, it is guaranteed that the lithium battery works within the normal working temperature range, and the remaining electric quantity of the lithium battery is enough to support starting of the automobile in the low-temperature environment.

    本发明属于新能源汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源汽车低温启动策略,车辆在OFF电源模式下,整车网络休眠,锂电池内置的LBMS系统进入休眠状态;LBMS系统内部的AFE模块实时检测锂电池的电芯温度;当AFE模块检测到电芯温度低于第一设定温度时,锂电池本地唤醒,同时唤醒整车网络,并向VDC模块发送上高压请求;LBMS系统驱动加热模块开始工作,并开始计时第一设定时间后,停止加热,并停止发送上高压请求,同时整车进入休眠模式。本技术方案保证了新能源汽车在低温环境下能够正常启动,保证锂电池得以在正常工作温度范围内工作,锂电池剩余电量足以支撑车辆在低温环境下启动。
