A device for rapidly and automatically loading and unloading an unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a bottom bracket and a fuselage bracket. The machine body brackets are arranged above the bottom bracket at intervals; a plurality of vertical supporting columns are arranged on the bottom bracket, and the top ends of the supporting columns are supported on the machine body bracket; a wing bracket is arranged between the bottom bracket and the fuselage bracket and comprises a rotating frame and two moving frames; the rotating frame is mounted on the top surface of the bottom bracket through a rotating shaft; the rotating frame can rotate around the vertical axis of the rotating shaft to be perpendicular to or parallel to the bottom bracket. The two moving frames are slidably mounted at the two ends of the top face of the rotating frame. The two movable frames can slide in the length direction of the rotating frame to be close to or separated from each other. A wing placing frame is mounted on the moving frame and is used for placing wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle; two empennage brackets are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom bracket and are used for placing empennages of the unmanned aerial vehicle; and a crane is arranged at the tail part of the bottom bracket. The device is suitable for large unmanned aerial vehicles needing to be disassembled and assembled.
