The invention discloses a system and a method for controlling a traction locomotive for withdrawing an underground fully-mechanized coal mining support of a coal mine. Relates to related fields of coal mining. The system comprises a vehicle-mounted mobile control system arranged on a traction locomotive, a rotation control system arranged on a drawing frame platform and a withdrawing shield system arranged in an underground coal mine. The vehicle-mounted mobile control system is used for collecting state data of the traction locomotive in real time, controlling supporting and fixing of the traction locomotive according to the state data, receiving data of the rotation control system and achieving linkage with the drawing frame platform. The rotation control system is used for controlling the frame drawing platform to draw and withdraw the underground coal mine fully-mechanized coal mining support; and the withdrawing shield system is used for temporarily supporting an underground coal mine fully-mechanized coal mining face during withdrawing and monitoring the state of an underground coal mine fully-mechanized coal mining support and the change of the surrounding environment. According to the control method based on the system, movement and rotation of the support can be stably controlled, it is guaranteed that safe and efficient operation can be achieved in the hoisting process of a traction locomotive, and it is guaranteed that the support is smoothly withdrawn.

    本发明公开了一种煤矿井下综采支架回撤牵引机车控制系统及方法;涉及煤矿开采相关领域;该系统包括设置在牵引机车的车载移动控制系统、设置在抽架平台的回转控制系统及设置在煤矿井下的回撤掩护系统;车载移动控制系统用于实时采集牵引机车的状态数据,并据此控制牵引机车的支撑固定,同时接收回转控制系统的数据,实现与抽架平台的联动;回转控制系统用于控制抽架平台牵引回撤煤矿井下综采支架;回撤掩护系统用于回撤时对煤矿井下综采工作面进行临时支护,且监测煤矿井下综采支架的状态和周围环境的变化。基于本发明上述系统的控制方法,能够稳定控制支架的移动和旋转,确保在牵引机车起吊过程中能够安全、高效地作业,保障支架的顺利撤出。
