The invention provides a magnetic coupling mechanism of a short guide rail type EV-DWPT system. The method and the device are used for solving the problem of unstable system power output caused by a serious mutual inductance drop phenomenon when an emission guide rail in an existing EV-DWPT system is switched. Comprising a plurality of transmitting coils which are sequentially arranged in the X direction and a receiving coil which moves in the X direction and is sequentially coupled with the transmitting coils for electric energy transmission. A plurality of winding wires parallel to the X direction are defined as a longitudinal part of the transmitting coil, a plurality of winding wires parallel to the Y direction are defined as a transverse part of the transmitting coil, the plurality of winding wires of the longitudinal part of the transmitting coil are arranged in a turn-spacing distribution mode, and the plurality of winding wires of the transverse part of the transmitting coil are arranged in a turn-spacing-free tight superposition mode. No magnetic core is added in the transition area so as to weaken the influence of the transverse part of the transmitting coil on mutual inductance of the transmitting end and the receiving end, the structure is simple and efficient, and engineering application is easy.

    本申请提供一种短导轨式EV‑DWPT系统的磁耦合机构。用于解决现有EV‑DWPT系统中发射导轨切换时,会出线严重的互感跌落的现象,从而导致系统功率输出不稳定的问题。包括若干沿X方向依次设置的若干发射线圈,以及沿X方向运动依次与若干发射线圈耦合进行电能传输的接收线圈;定义与X方向平行的若干绕制线为发射线圈的纵向部分,与Y方向平行的若干绕制线为发射线圈的横向部分,发射线圈纵向部分的若干绕制线呈有匝间距的分布型排列,发射线圈横向部分的若干绕制线呈无匝间距的紧密型叠加排列,且过渡区域内不增加磁芯,以减弱发射线圈横向部分对发射端和接收端互感的影响,结构简单高效,易于工程应用。
