The invention discloses a taper clutch type self-adaptive variable-speed electric driving system with built-in transmission and middle inertia reversing, which comprises a motor, a variable-speed assembly and a power output mechanism, and the variable-speed assembly comprises a main shaft, a self-adaptive cam clutch mechanism, an inertia reversing mechanism and a speed reducing mechanism. The reverse gear function without a driving mechanism is achieved, the inertia reversing mechanism only transmits power in the reverse gear and does not transmit power in the forward gear, and the transmission efficiency of the forward gear and the reverse gear is extremely high. The self-adaptive mechanical transmission has the advantage of self-adaptive mechanical transmission, switching and maintaining of a low-speed gear and a high-speed gear are achieved under the combined action of traction force and running resistance, high driving torque can be provided in a constant torque area, and high rotating speed can be provided in a constant power area; and low-speed, large-torque and high-efficiency requirements of various complex working conditions of vehicle acceleration, climbing and high-speed driving can be met. And more preferably, the optimal working opportunity for optimizing the power of the motor can be selected, the power output efficiency of the driving motor is improved, and the economical efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种内置传动中置惯性倒车锥度离合式自适应变速电驱动系统,包括电机、变速总成和动力输出机构,变速总成包括主轴、自适应凸轮离合机构、惯性倒车机构和减速机构。不仅实现无需主动机构的倒挡功能,并且惯性倒车机构只在倒挡时传递动力,不会在前进挡时传递动力,前进挡和倒挡的传动效率都极高。具有自适应机械变速的优点,采用牵引力以及行驶阻力共同作用实现低速和高速挡的切换以及维持,既能在恒转矩区提供较高的驱动转矩,又能在恒功率区提供较高的转速,还能实现低速大扭矩、高效率满足车辆加速、爬坡与高速行驶的多种复杂工况的要求。更优的是可选择优化电动机动力最佳工作时机,提升驱动电机的动力输出效率,大幅提升经济性。
