The invention relates to the technical field of zero-gravity seats, and discloses a zero-gravity seat system which comprises a seat bottom frame and a magneto-rheological hydraulic cylinder, an inner cavity of a cylinder body of the magneto-rheological hydraulic cylinder is filled with magneto-rheological fluid, the cylinder body is arranged on a movable sliding rail of the seat bottom frame, and a piston rod is connected with a dip angle driving arm of the seat bottom frame; when a piston rod of the magneto-rheological hydraulic cylinder extends out, the front side of the bottom frame framework is driven to be lifted, so that the seat posture is unfolded, and when the piston rod retracts, the front side of the bottom frame framework is driven to be lowered, so that the seat posture is retracted. The magnetorheological hydraulic cylinder of the magnetorheological fluid with variable damping is applied to the zero-gravity vehicle seat, so that the seat can be adjusted more flexibly and quickly. In addition, the passive constraint protection effect better than that of a normal sitting posture under the zero-gravity posture is achieved, the use scene of the zero-gravity seat is expanded, and the user experience is improved. The invention further discloses a control method and device for the zero-gravity seat system and a vehicle.

    本申请涉及零重力座椅技术领域,公开一种零重力座椅系统,包括:座椅底框和磁流变液压缸,磁流变液压缸的缸体内腔填充磁流变液,缸体设置于座椅底框的动滑轨,活塞杆与座椅底框的倾角驱动臂连接;其中,磁流变液压缸的活塞杆伸出时驱动底框骨架前侧抬升使得座椅姿态展开,活塞杆缩回时驱动底框骨架前侧降低使得座椅姿态回收。将可变阻尼的磁流变液的磁流变液压缸应用至零重力车辆座椅上,使得对座椅的调整更加灵活、快速。且实现了在零重力姿态下具备比正常乘坐姿态更佳的被动约束保护效果,扩大了零重力座椅的使用场景,提高了用户体验。本申请还公开一种用于零重力座椅系统的控制方法、控制装置和车辆。
